Art has always been a huge part of my life, it has allowed me to find to express myself in ways that I would not have otherwise been able to do. As an Asian American growing up in Washington, I can connect the experience of feeling othered, confused and anxious as I have tried to find my place in the world. Through art and therapy, I have discovered that there is a way to create that space for myself. This is what I hope to support my clients in finding.
